Very clever way to use the alphabet one -word lists to give the reader the over all image of " children" as your longing! Interesting and fun to read.
Red Ink: possibly cut the list a little and add more at the end to let the reader in on why infertility has been a blessing. Why is it well with your soul?

Very poignant poem using the acrostic style. I know how painful it is to long for a child to nuture and love. I am content knowing that God sacrificing his only son Jesus to show his love is more than enough to satisfy my longing soul.
