I almost got exactly eight hours of sleep ,and I feel wonderful. The weather report says we will be getting unusually beautiful skies and temperatures for this season, today. I’m ready to eat and this breakfast I prepared smell and look scrumptious. It tastes even better than it looked and smelled. Before I brush my teeth and bath ,I think some music should softly fill the air. When I turn on the radio a lovely melody floods the area, just adding to the peace I feel in my heart. I really like this new toothpaste, my teeth are really clean and the price is better than the brand I was using. Ah ,ah, aaaaah this bath feels good. Sitting in this water is so relaxing, my mind roams to many places, and all of them are good. As I determine what I’ll wear today, I feel pleased, realizing I do have a few choices that I can choose from. It’s good that I ironed my slacks before hanging them up, they look clean and crisp. I check the time and it confirms I’m on schedule,you don’t want to be late, but you don’t want to peak early. I turn the ignition and my vehicle starts up, I back out of the driveway, and head to my appointment. This is a beautiful day. I’m on my way to see my psychiatrist.
