Who is Jesus to us? Well, let’s start with some statements that ought to get any Christian fired up in the name of our Lord: The Old Testament is old news and we shouldn’t live by those words. We should be living by the New Testament only because Jesus trumped the Old Testament and we should love everyone and every situation no matter what. Why did Jesus let that bad thing happen? God is old and Jesus is new, so, out with the old and in with the new! There isn’t a Hell anymore and Jesus is here to bless you and bless you and bless you some more!!! NOT!!!!! Jesus was sent to compliment or ACCENT God and His Word as well as completes His Word!! He was sent to die for our sins and prepare us for WAR in everyday of our lives as Christians. We are in a constant battle every day with Satan himself, and the only way that we can even do as good as He allows us is through the power of the Holy Spirit. As Jesus said, “Not My will but Yours be done”, to God. We should be following Jesus’ lead and doing the Father’s will only, but do we?!! We should be “Accenting" God and His Word just as Jesus did and still does through the Holy Spirit in us, fellow Christians! God’s Word is perfect from cover to cover, Old Testament to New Testament, and anyone can find a new answer to an old problem any day of our lives if we just seek it out sincerely through prayerful guidance in any situation. Let’s be the perfect accent to His perfection (His Will) of every day of our lives!! So again, I leave you with the question that we started with: “Who is Jesus to us? “

I'll admit you had me going for a little while. I was thinking oh boy there is going to be some backlash here! Then you took that turn and it made all of the difference. I think you will make the reader stop and think God job.
