Isn't it great that no matter how many times we say, "Opps, I slipped and fell, Lord," he will still be there to forgive? Very good poem.
This is beautifully done! I love the rhyme, rhythm and meter of it and the words flow together. So realistic. and glad that we can go to Him when there is an "oops" moment in our lives. Feels like there could be a tune to this...thanks for sharing!

Good job! Finding ourselves on our knees before God is a nice place to be, even if it takes an Oops.
SO true. We all have great intentions and we all slip and fall. Your article is a great reminder of how much we all need to remember where to go when we do.

Your use of the repeated last two lines in each stanza is very effective--this reads like a psalm or a song. Well done.
Thank God He does forgive us for everyone of the oops we make through life. This had such an ease to it like an old country road, winding and gentle. I really liked this alot. I agree with one of the comments about the last two lines of each stanza that made this seem like a beautiful psalm. Well done.:0)
