O Blue Eyes

O Blue Eyes! Two pairs of blue eyes;
oooh… how beautiful yet soulful they look;
Those blue eyes that beg us so,
Beg us to search deep within ourselves;
to firstly stop, look and go
to places outside and inside our souls;
and challenge us if we could keep our journeys on the paths of Love, Peace, Joy, Hope.


These paths are not always easy;
There are times when we feel sick, lonely and weary;
Sometimes, the paths are downright scary,
dark, miserable and dreary;
However difficult the going is;
However bleak the journey seems,
Just keep on trusting Blue eyes, who will fulfill our dreams.



O Blue Eyes! Two pairs of blue eyes;
Son and Mother
gilded and crowned with jewels, side by side in a beautiful picture
Serves to reminds us how close they are to each other,
A perfect role model for love relationship that knows no measure.
These days, we hardly find love that’s pure and sincere,
Love often comes with a tag price,
Truth is, there is no love if there is no sacrifice.


We all need to learn, live, love and grow
Some say evolve into Higher Souls
It makes no difference, today or tomorrow
We need to pray,
“Let us be still, be alert along life’s troubled way,
Come what may...come what may,
O Blue Eyes! Always be in our presence today and everyday.” AMEN.

an interesting one!. Are the two pairs of blue eyes those of Jesus and his mother in a picture?
Some very good thoughts and phrases in her. Your rhyming scheme and line lengths are rather variable which makes the poem a little uneven. I sometimes find that if I read the peice out loud I can see where things need changing.Keep working on it , poetry is an art!
