The summer is usually very hot
A drink of lemonade ,
a sleepless night on a cot
Whereas the winter is very cold,
A drink of hot tea
As a chilly night enfolds
The summer breeze the warm wind rustles
Palm trees sway ,children hustle
To run and play ,laugh and hide
To seek and find ,one by the slide?
The winter freeze ,the cold wind rustles
The trees blow, children hustle
To hurry inside before the snow
Mist the leaves with a white glow
The summer is full of warmth and fun
Hot dogs to eat, sometimes with out a bun
Picnics ,hiking, going to the beach
Eating watermelon, or a peach
The winter is full of cold dreary days
Hot soup to eat ,then games we may play
Monopoly ,scrabble, card games too
And hopefully boredom won’t find you
Summer and winter, two of seasons best
Their traits I’ve mentioned you can attest
For each in their own way we see
That HOT and COLD is how GOD meant them to be.

Be careful of comma usage. There should be no space between the word and the comma, but a space afterward. An easy fix which will give your poem a bit of polish.
I love that you ended with how God ordains the seasons--something we should remind ourselves of when we're tempted to complain.
