He, God brought you here with the option to choose, You
He, The man upstairs gave you the power to win or loose, You
He, God gave you the option to give up or fight, You
He, The man upstairs will guide you, if you find your light, You
He, God has given you the power to achieve, You
He, The man upstairs knows that you pray and believe, You
He, God has given you the choice to be up or down, You
He, The man upstairs, no matter what happens will never let you hit the ground, You
He, God has been with you through all your hard labor, You
He, The man upstairs has protected you as your savior, You
He, God and I have prayed as one, You
He, The man upstairs and I will never be done, You
You, My hero chose when you had the option to choose, Me
You, The believer chose to win when given the option to win or loose, Me
You, My hero chose to fight when given the option to give up or fight, Me
You, The believer has been guided because you found your light, Me
You, My hero achieved because you chose to, when given the power to achieve, Me
You, The believer because you chose to pray and believe, Me
You, My hero, chose to be up when given the choice to be up or down, Me
You, The believer kept yourself up, so you never hit the ground, Me
You, My hero God has been with you through all your hard labor, Me
You, The believer and protected you as your savoir, Me
He, God and I have prayed as one, You
He, The man upstairs and I will never be done, You
Between you me and God, we are not quitters, losers, or disbelievers.
Between you me and God, we are FIGHTERS, WINNERS, and definitely BELIEVERS

I wonder if ellipses would work better than commas at the beginning and end of each line. The commas bothered me a little, as I wasn't sure how to read them and it took me a while to get into the rhythm of this poem.
Very encouraging message.
