Topic: Hide and Seek (08/07/08)
Hiding behind the lies of the Devil can be simpler than seeking God’s truth in life. The Devil is clever at what he does there is no doubt about that. He makes his lies seem trouble-free and effortless, only showing the way to a magnitude of unrest were we exasperatingly have to retrace our steps trying to seek God’s truth, trying to find the Salvation of God.

God does not promise us that the road to seeking truth will be simple, but he does promise that it will lead to eternity. Seeking the truth of God and hiding from the devils lures requires you to live a life of integrity to know what you believe and stand firmly in those beliefs.

It seems as though mainstream Corporate America is playing a harsh game of hide and seek with the Christian values that our nation is built upon. Many are choosing to side their business practices with Satan’s lies, not standing firm in the core values that these corporations were founded upon.

Businesses have replaced Christmas with holiday season, Easter is now spring break, but the satanic holiday of Halloween remains heavily promoted, but it’s okay because the gruesome things that make up this holiday only offends Christians.

The harsh game of hide and seek does not end there, Christians are starting to play the same game, turning the other cheek to the injustices happening in their Christian nation. Christians are accepting these changes instead of stepping up and taking action, standing firmly in what they believe, standing firmly on biblical truth, taking action on their beliefs.

It’s time to stop hiding in Satans lies; it’s time to stop hiding tangled webs masterminded by Satan. It’s time to start seeking the truth; it’s time to start erasing those tangled webs. It’s time to seek Jesus and begin shinning the light of truth on our Christian nation once again.

With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. Isaiah 26:9 KJV

You hit the nail on the head. You are aware of what has overshadowed this country. A lot of Christians are falling into the trap too. I like this piece. It's the truth. Good job. Keep writing.
