Can you figure it out?
People look inside me
For what they want
Problem is
They expect me to have ‘it’
Most times they don’t even know what ‘it’ is they want
Some people look, see something
Take it, don’t really want it
And toss it out
What a waste
Others see something
Know it belongs to someone else
But they grab it anyways
Thinking only of themselves*
Sometimes I just want to shout
Stop looking
You haven’t put anything inside
So don’t expect
To get anything out
Then I remember
I’m not a bank
So people who put nothing in
Can get something out
It’s actually quite draining
On my resources you see
So much electric usage
For a mid size fridge like me
