Topic: Shopping (03/01/07)
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to give our lists to someone else to fill? We could just sit back and wait for everything to come to us. But unfortunately I am unable to have that happen.

I have a shopping list that I would love to give God. I it is hard to know if God is willing to give all the things I have on my shopping list:
Dear God please go to where you keep all the babies and allow me to have one.
Please God send some rain, the farmers really need it.
God I know you can heal all those that are sick.
God please stop all the wars that are raging around the world.
Dear God, ease the suffering of those who don’t have the things we have, such as, food, clothing, shelter etc.

It would be wonderful it God would fill the shopping list. All I can do it pray and ask for God’s will be done. I know that He knows best.

Please God fill at least parts of my shopping list.

Wonderful shopping list. This could be a little longer if you would write a little more about each thing on your list. Good start here.

Good idea for this article but it could have been expanded. You need to proof read your articles before submitting or get someone to do that for you - it's not always easy picking up things. But well done - keep writing!

Too many times we go to God with a shopping list, but I think you caught it when you asked for Him to do His will. Good reminder for us. Thanks!

Melanie, your sweet heart showed so clearly in this little entry. As far as the Challenge goes, it probably did need a bit extra to put it in the running. Having said that though, I thought this was so precious, particularly the first thing on your list. I'm praying right now that God will deliver that one item in particular.
