I feel I had only one purpose when I started to write. It was in hope that I could heal. Trying to close open wounds on my heart and soul. Left there from a sorrowful past. One of much regret and pain.

Extracting the many things I tried to hide.Showing on the outside a facade of someone content with their life. Each piece written was a personal prayer to the Lord. Praying forgiveness from things done and people hurt. Especially Him.

I began to realize after each piece of another purpose. Articulate on paper the Lords mercy and grace. How no matter what I've done He still hasn't given up. His way of using me to show the love and forgiveness in his heart.

How others such as myself, should never give up hope as I had. As I write about the wrongs of my past His name is mentioned in all. This meaning He was always there watching over me.

Now I hope my writing has many purposes.
To help myself heal, to give others faith, to keep someone from opening their own wounds, but most of all
To speak about the Glory Of God
