TITLE: The Most Dangerous Journey | Previous Challenge Entry

I walked until, I came to a gate that was at the edge of the river. At the gate there stood a man who was the gate keeper.
"This is as far as you can walk little lady. Now you have to make a decison on which way you like to do. To the left is the yacht called the Fire. The captian name is Micheal, he's always on time. His crew is quite professional and give good service.
To my right is Jesse's boat, he works alone and from time to time he has been very late. As you can see his boat is not much to look at but he's a good guy," he said.
There I was standing at the gate, but I had a choice to make. The boat on the left was quite beautiful and the crew were well-dressed. I could tell that this captian cared about his job and presented his crew as such.
The other boat was very tacky and was falling apart, the captian was quite tried.
"I choose the boat on the left, because I know that I'll get good service and be treated well," I said.
"Are you sure," asked the man in the boat to my right?
"Yes, " I shouted at him.
He held his head down in sorrow and disappointment in my decision, but he could offer me nothing.
"Come on little lady," the captian said reaching his hand out for mine.
I walk on the beautifully decorated yacht, it was trim in gold and was carpeted with rose petals.
The winds and the waves began to pickup strength; I was being toss to and fro. One of the crew took me down into a lower deck, where it was very hot. I began to hear moaning and groaning of people in pain. My skin began to burn from the inside out, I had never had such pain in my life.
"What is going on here!" I shouted.
"It was you choice," said the captian.
"I didn't choose this," I shouted.
"Oh yes you did. That's how I get so many of you, because you like nice things. Your decision was made on what you saw of the surface and never could you have imagine that this was underneath. This has become your journey to Hell, he said and laughed.
I could hear the pain and suffering of those who had came before me. How could I have fallen for such a trick of the enemy? The answer was that it is so easy for us to get caught in what going to be the best for us on the surface but yet we care very little for the ways of our inner man. I now regret my decision but it is to late for me; but not for you. The truth is that the boat to the right was always late because he would never leave anyone behind that desire Him. He gave his all for the ones that travel with him. I realized that the man that had what I thought in my mind was a cappy boat was Jesus. I know now that He can calm any rough sea that comes your way.
Please by all means learn from the most dangerous journey of my life that what looks good is not necessary good for you.
