There is always so much going on in our lives that many of us wonder how we manage to cope with it all. There are jobs to go to, housework to be done, children to be attended to, and a host of other tasks out there clamouring for our attention.

Our lives are governed by our work, our family, the environment we live in, and all the pressures of the modern world. Each one of us has to carve a life in a society that creates stress on all sides, and this can make things difficult as well with the problems, or the frustrations, or sadness that we are confronted with from time to time. Yet all these challenges, no matter how overwhelming they may appear, are valuable opportunities to learn more and to understand more.

To cope with this we must first of all believe in ourselves and in our ability to survive, for often it is a burning faith rather than some medicine or pill that is the real cure for our troubles. If we have faith in ourselves and in our mission in life then we are well on the way to victory.

Faith and courage go hand in hand, for if we have belief in our own inner strength and resources, then we will overcome our troubles. Live with that spirit of faith and belief in our own capabilities and we will build up a courage that is sure to bring happiness and serenity.

We should always keep in mind the fact that we are all involved in this amazing and fascinating journey of life, and if we choose to look beyond the ordinary and the mundane, and the problems, we will surely discover an endless source of treasures and possibilities.

If we live our lives with passion we will become aware of how wonderful life can be, and realise just how fortunate we really are.
