I look outside and see the sun,
grey has gone, sunshine's come again;
and I'm reminded that with God's blessings,
it's never 'if' I'll have them, no, it's only 'when'...

Even though the storms may come,
trying to make my mood turn blue;
all I need to do is pray,
and remember that God gave me you...

I've often wondered why it is
that God chose me to make my dreams come true;
and decided that it is because He loves me so,
and filled my heart with love to give to you...

I rejoice at each new day, the hours stretch ahead
joy spilling over because I know it's true;
that God made this day as a gift to us,
and I'll fill it with how I LOVE YOU!!!

It's such a wonder to me each day,
that God placed me just here;
His mercies poured out new again
on me and all I hold dear...

I want to make the best possible use
of the hours in this day so new;
and use them all to give Him glory,
and to overflow with how much I LOVE YOU!!!
