Like Receiving Manna From Heaven

We know how God blesses us
From time to time un-expectantly.
Well, we accept it gracefully
And with humility

I know I’ve already written
About picking up pecans
But God has impressed me
To write this poem

As a Christian writer
If God inspires us
We must
Write what he gives

So, here’s my comments
That God has given to me
I make Amish bread
For Christmas

I need pecans
They are expensive
But, I have two pecan trees
Really producing for me

I go out every day
To search for them
Underneath the trees
And I am amazed

I can be in one place
And find two or more
And turn back around
And find scores

I have great hearing
And good eye sight
So it feels to me like
Angels are ministering to me

Well, that’s my story
So you writers listen up
If God is calling you
You had better do...your stuff.
