Fear not

Fear or anxiety can have debilitating effects. It can grip you like a rattlesnake. Choking you so tight that you feel that you can’t breath. Fear can be so debilitating that it can cause you to feel like isolating yourself from society. Sometimes when you least expect it, fear can have a sudden onset for no apparent reason causing you to panic, you can feel like you are about to check out of here. The heart accelerates; it can feel like its beating 200 beats per minute.

Remember that fear is a trick of the enemy designed to keep you bound, God gives us liberty and freedom. God did not give us the spirit of fear. Jesus will take your fears away; no matter what you are going through just know that you are not alone. Jesus will give you a sense of calmness and peace through the most difficult situations if you would just call upon His name.

You can defeat the spirit of fear because within you is where the Holy Spirit dwells and greater is the Holy Spirit than the evil spirits in the world. Just know that you are more than a conqueror through our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus says come to me all that is heavy burdened, and I will give you rest.
So trade your fear for the peace of God.
