Lord, let your light shine brightly in me today,
let me follow your will and follow your way.

Let me help someone for your glory Lord,
help me to stand firm and to carry your sword.

Help me to be an example of your virtuous manner,
help me to stand proud and to carry your banner.

Help me give a word of wisdom to someone in need,
or a touch of love to help someone be freed.

Help me to plant a little seed of hope,
to help someone with a problem to be able to cope.

Lord, help me to be a powerful witness to you,
be with me and guide me in all that I do.

Let your light shine brightly in me today,
so I'll follow your will and follow your way.
