My life is Yours alone,
But do I really mean it-
Will I give up all I know
Just to be Your servant?

If I go and leave my friends,
They’ll never be the same.
My family, too, will change
If I go to spread Your Name.

God, how can you ask this?
Do You know what You want?
I am only human,
And You’re asking a lot.

My foundations will fall,
I’ll be tossed upon the sea,
And yet… I still must say:
Here I am, LORD, send me.

LORD, the years have been long,
Yet you've been here by my side.
You are my strength and fortress,
My helper and my guide.
