The more I hear and read the latest news, my spirit grieves for the loss of lives in the physical but even more for the loss of life for eternity. Therefore, I write the following letter:

Dear Terrorist:

I watch how you stomp your feet and wave your arms in protest, listening to your explosive language and outward signs of hatred against people you have been taught to hate. For that I am sorry—that you have given up the most precious of possessions, safety and freedom of your own free will and internal spirit. The God you fight against loves you. He wants your very best and wants you to dwell with Him forever.

There is nothing hidden from the True and Living God. I for one pray every day for your salvation. I pray every day that you will see with your own eyes and hear with your ears the Holy Spirit of the Living God. I forgive you for your hatred against me, a Christian. I forgive you for your hatred against countries that believe in democracy and freedom; countries where we have rights and advantages. Perhaps if your country or religion allowed you to have freedom you would better understand.

I believe that you do understand. I believe that you have seen the freedom that America and the western alliance countries have, and would like to embrace it yourself. Unfortunately, your religion dictates that you must hate people that don’t believe and think like you. How horrible to live in fear of your own life within your religion. I will pray for your freedom even more.

May the grace of Christ Jesus flow upon your life, the lives of your children and family, and may you come into the family of the Living God. I forgive you, I love you, and I ask Jesus to come into your heart. Now Jesus, send your Holy Spirit, the best weapon of our warfare into the life of every person who does not know you as Lord of lords and King of kings. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Nobody wins in war, nobody wins through hatred and strife; but we have the right to defend ourselves no matter what it takes. With Jesus we have victory for eternity.
