Poetry
A golden cord entwines
around our two hearts
and we hold on
for our lifetime.
Smiles are our strength
touch is our priviledge
and prayers are the strands
that keep us together.
Our lives interlock
and we vow to climb
through the trials
that tug at our journey
For God has lowered
this beautiful cord
that ties our hearts
into one loving knot.
