Written 4-19-05

If I love Jesus,
I would be where He is;
I would do as He has done.
If I love Jesus,
I would walk as He walked.

Ask me if I love Jesus;
If I were to learn He was in hell,
I would go there.

But then, wherever He is,
Hell no longer exists.
Heaven would be there,
Even in the pit.

I love Jesus,
To the point
That I would attempt to
Raise others from the pit.

Where fear lived,
I would drive it out with love;
I would fan dying embers
In the hearts of those so discouraged.
That's how much I love Him;
He would do the same for me.
