CORRECTION IS NOT CONDEMNATION!
Every change or transformation that makes us new creatures in Christ Jesus comes by God's grace. The grace or help of God is generated through prayer and God's Word, which I highly emphasize. But people should be helped, especially young converts to the Christian faith, to know how to decide to TURN AROUND, break free from deliberate and habitual sins after wholehearted repentance, and not stay there making excuses for returning to their vomit or sins. Humility is great wisdom. It always leads to promotion, protection, provision and perfection.

Sins are mentioned in the Bible and as new testament saints, saved by grace, we should flee from them, not because some people are perfect, but for us to know that we can't deliberately CONTINUE in sin that the grace of God may abound. The scripture says, God forbid!

Romans 6:11-18.
So you also should consider yourselves to be dead to the power of sin and alive to God through Christ Jesus. Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires. Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin. Instead, give yourselves completely to God, for you were dead, but now you have new life. So use your whole body as an instrument to do what is right for the glory of God. Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.
Well then, since God’s grace has set us free from the law, does that mean we can go on sinning? Of course not! Don’t you realize that you become the slave of whatever you choose to obey? You can be a slave to sin, which leads to death, or you can choose to obey God, which leads to righteous living. Thank God! Once you were slaves of sin, but now you wholeheartedly obey this teaching we have given you. Now you are free from your slavery to sin, and you have become slaves to righteous living.

Challenging people or Christians to abstain from sin is not an attempt to CONDEMN people, but to CORRECT in love by RECOMMENDING THE SOLUTION OR WAY OUT, BEING MORE OF PRAYER, THE WORD AND THE REGULAR CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, that encourages their walk and pursuit to be more Christlike.

MY DUTY TO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS!
If you really are my friend, and neighbor, then know this.
There are problems, pains and nasty potential potholes on life's path that I wouldn't want a reoccurrence in your life. And so, I must warn, challenge and stir you off that pathway at whatever cost!
That's because -

1) I'm your friend, neighbor or spiritual relative in Christ Jesus. You are a part of me in the body of Christ and God's beautiful creation on earth. Your life should be easier, better and richer. John 14:12; Job 17:9.

2) I love you very much. I can't watch you fall into the same potholes that pained me. The same mistakes that marred and mangled me. And the same vain desires that veered and fooled me due to my youthful exuberance and ignorance!

3) God will hold me responsible if I failed to warn, correct or challenge you promptly. That's my primary responsibility as a minister of the gospel and your friend and neighbor. If I fail to do this, for fear of losing our relationship or for negligence, I might be in your good book today, but definitely in your bad book tomorrow and also God's bad book through eternity. Now, that will be very horrible and we don't want that!

Philippians 2:1-11.
Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose. Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too. You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.

Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being.
When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
