Is The Lord Writing Your Life’s Story?

“Your eyes saw my unformed body, all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” Psalms 139:16 NIV

Our Lord has plans for your life.  Are you responding to His great love and allowing Him to write your life’s story?  

Or are you responding to the lure and ways of the world without regard for the consequences? That would indeed be a sad life story with a terrible and eternal final chapter.

“Because they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of the Lord, because they would not listen to my counsel or heed my reproof, they shall eat the fruit of their own way and be filled with their own device,”  Proverbs 1:29-31 ESV

As Proverbs 1:29-31 indicates, we are held accountable to our Father for where our free-will decisions have taken us.  So, who is writing your life’s story?  Is it you or your Heavenly Father?

Trust in the Lord and in His plans for your life, and let Him write your life’s story.
