What a deep thrill it must have been to the apostle John to recall his experience.
He heard Jesus.
He saw Jesus.
He touched Jesus.
Well, you and I cannot have such experience as John because Jesus is no longer visible on earth, but we can know something of that close fellowship with him by the Holy Spirit living in us.
When all the busyness of Christmas and New Year has finished, I would love to have ‘A closer walk with Thee’ as the old song puts it.
Hear.
See.
