Behold! I stand at the door and knock
If you open the door to me
I will open a hundred doors for you
Doors that no one can ever shut.
Behold! I stand at the door and knock
If you let me cross the threshold
I will take you far away to glorious places
Places you would never have dreamt of.
Behold! I stand at the door and knock
I stand in silence, I stand in anticipation.
I await the sound of your steps
I await to behold your eyes lit up in joy.
Behold! I stand at the door and knock
This door is a special safety door.
As long as I watch over the door of your life
No one can tamper or snatch away your life.
Behold! I stand at the door and knock
If you let me into your heart,
One day when you stand at the door of heaven and knock
I too will permit you to enter in forever.
If you open the door to me
