Holy and loved, compassionate hearts,
Bowels of mercy and humbleness;
Vulgar language never departs,
Only of patience and kindness.

Forbearing with one another,
If one of you has a complaint;
Prepare to forgive each other,
Arguments are put on restraint.

Remember that Christ forgave you,
And above all these put on love;
Perfect harmony to pursue,
Which will bind everything thereof.

Let the peace of Christ rule your heart,
In which one body you are called;
Be thankful in which you impart,
Any thoughts that are never flawed.

Let the Word of Christ dwell in wealth,
Richly taught expressed in wisdom;
Singing songs for spiritual health,
Thankful to God in His Kingdom.

By what you do in word or deed,
Do it in the name of the Lord;
Thinking of others for their need,
By remaining in one accord.
