GENESIS 34:1-25
Marriage of the gullible and deceitful- Careless Dinah and Deceitful scheme
The account of the life of Dinah and scheme is unfortunately a herald of disaster which is seriously being replicated in this generation.
Two different families were involved in a circumstance that created volatile disasters. Their decisions at a particular time created wide fire that eventually consume them and many people along side.

Dinah admires the daughters of the land and wanted to be like them. The fact that Dinah was easily exposed to Scheme one of the sons of the land who deceitful raped the value and future of dinah
revealed that they must be loose daughters who attributed no value to virtues, discipline and self control. Scheme probably had his way with Dinah, the same way he and other sons of the land had had their deceitful way with the daughters of the land. Such immorality was a norms unfortunately as it is today!
Scheme was a freelance prince though had the right to claim the throne in the future unfortunately he was a Careless prince! He was probably used to being consumed by lust, susceptible to lust, this eventually breeded and invited crisis and calamity into his father’s Kingdom as well as his future. Scheme was a selfish and self-centred young man.
“Gen 34:23 Shall not their cattle and their substance and every beast of theirs be ours? only let us consent unto them, and they will dwell with us. “

A greedy person is easily deceived into failure and disaster!

Maturity is an ability of a personality to be able to subject his or her fFreedom to necessary control. Freedom is a very wonderful instrument for the wise, determined and disciplined personality however very dangerous to an ignorant , careless and purposeless person.

There are different types of suitors and laws: the Greedy, deceitful,Careless, arrogant,Ignorant ,Self centred-laws, Wasteful , Honest in laws, violent and Religious in-laws, Righteous in laws and Enlighten In laws and sometimes there could be combination of these. The negatively inclined ones are conceived disaster that only God’s help and wisdom can salvage!

Relationship between young men and ladies are usually a very sensitive one that requires utmost carefulness, sincerity, discipline and purposefulness. And mostly importantly guided with the fear of God. Where God and is His word is the counsel in a relationship, navigation peacefully and successfully through any situation is possible and easy!
There are many who approached marriage relationship with the kind of mind set of Dinah and Shechem, it is either the what is trending or it merely a game! The focus is on the benefits; takin advantage of his or her partner!

Gen 34:24 And unto Hamor and unto Shechem his son hearkened all that went out of the gate of his city; and every male was circumcised, all that went out of the gate of his city.
Gen 34:25 And it came to pass on the third day, when they were sore, that two of the sons of Jacob, Simeon and Levi, Dinah's brethren, took each man his sword, and came upon the city boldly, and slew all the males.
