How beautiful are hearts that praise

when lifted up for heavens gaze.

To fly as high angels wings

Forgetting all these earthly things.

To glorify the greater source

Of help and hope from past remorse.

There can be no greater gain

To pray exalting high his name



How wonderful when hearts are free

To experience such unearthly glee

In knowing and receiving love

That comes directly from above

A sure and certain endless flow

Of all the truth there is to know

Surely there is no greater bliss

Than worshiping a God like this


How marvelous when hearts do share

That saving grace of one that cared

So much he gave a long last breath

To rescue souls so long bereft

So let those precious praises show

That unearthly light that does still glow

In hearts that are so full of praise

That heaven’s face is sure to gaze.
