The Storm Approaches

HAPPY SABBATH TO ALL

Psalm 89:30-32 If his children forsake my law and walk not in my judgments; 31  If they break my statutes and keep not my commandments; 32 Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.

From coast to coast, major U.S. cities are being transformed into war zones as politicians and leaders turn a blind eye as they sugar coat it in the various forms of “ism’s”, refusing to take a stand for the  hard working, law abiding citizens of this nation and the Biblical principles we were founded on. This paints a pretty grim picture of  our supposedly Christian, civil society.

In some cities it is more dangerous to walk out of your home after dark than it is in the war zones of Afghanistan. A normal weekend in some cities tally at least 30 or more shootings with many murdered. What have we become as a people that is supposedly Biblically Christian, following the example Jesus Christ set for His followers 2000 years ago?   

Following the civil war of 1861-65, Americans began to slowly drift away from Biblical principles and more toward the whims and wishes of society. Like any sickness or deterioration, it starts small, and gradually over time it begins to overwhelm the host until the spread has become so great it takes control and is almost impossible to eradicate. Such was the case in the pre-flood antediluvian period. From the first sin of Adam and Eve, like a cancer it began to grow until the wickedness of evil and violence  was so massive, that the only solution was to destroy the world, but God wanted to offer one more chance for His creation to return to His ways and abandon the worldly ways of man.

God chose Noah, a man obedient to the statutes and Commandments of God, to warn the people of the coming storm which would annihilate the sinful and wickedness from this world. Noah preached the warning for 120 years of the coming judgement, but society mocked the message, and ignored the warnings as the rantings of a mentally deranged old man building  a  monstrosity in the middle of nowhere claiming water would fall from the sky, as they reveled and partied in sexual depravity one with the other. Homosexuality was rampant, murder, deceit, atrocious and heinous acts of violence, etc. covered the earth.

Jesus said conditions would be exactly as it was in the days of Noah when He returns. Luke 17:26-30 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27  They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

This nation, over the past 60 years has been descending into the abysmal cesspool of filth, violence, and sexual depravity, unheard of, and would never have been tolerated prior to the middle of the 20^th century. But like a cancer which begins growing slowly, and as it grows it becomes more voracious, destroying the healthy tissue of its host until death occurs. So, it is with sin, as it grows it spreads ever more rapidly.

The art of compromise enters, and  society begins to accept abnormal as normal, evil as good, and love becomes hate, you begin to hate life and love death. We have now reached the point where the Christians have literally forgotten what the meaning of sin is. God’s words have been so compromised, watered down, ignored, and rewritten to fit  the trends of society until Christianity has become a meaningless and empty ritual for most. God’s Holy Sabbath Day, the 4^th commandment is completely ignored by the majority of those calling themselves Christian.

Tradition and trends over the years have gradually deceived the majority of Christians into believing the lies that   God’s statutes and commandments are no longer required. Many  high paid motivational speakers (Preachers) teaching that the ten commandments are no longer to be observed. Most believe that because Jesus offers grace, and as long as your name is on the church rolls, you believe there is a God, you’re on your way to heaven regardless of how you live. What a deception! The demons believe in God, but they won’t be making the trip, Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. Please read the preceding  verses 17,18, and 19 to see what Jesus said about the laws of God.

There is  not enough space for me to elaborate on these 4 verses as they emit volumes of truth, dispelling the myths and deceptions of today’s Christian teachings.

The final storm is approaching, judgement has begun, the ark is being loaded for the trip to glory, the wine is flowing torrentially, violence and sexual perversion have reached a level not seen since the antediluvian period before the flood, but many will ignore the warnings, just as they did then, trading the greatest treasure of the universe, for the deceptive pleasures and treasures of this world. Will you ignore the warnings?

Jeremiah 8:20 The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.

Luke 13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

Jeremiah 4:22 For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

May God add a blessing to the going forth of His word and to those reading  it.
