Since writing Part 1, I have studied the meaning of the Hebrew word for "plague" in Habakkuk 3:5. It seems that it would be better translated as: flame or fire-bolt. Here is what I wrote on my Facebook page:

Habakkuk 3:5 New American Standard Bible (NASB):
Before Him goes pestilence,
And plague comes after Him.
I BELIEVE THAT THIS REFERS TO CHRIST'S COMING AT THE RESURRECTION AND RAPTURE, WHICH I BELIEVE IS ONLY ABOUT 3 YEARS AWAY. NOBODY KNOWS THE DAY AND THE HOUR, BUT THAT IS A GOOD GUESS AT THE YEAR. 2030 IS THE END OF 6000 YEARS OF HUMAN HISTORY (AFTER 14 BILLION, WITHOUT MACRO-EVOLUTION), THE END OF 4000 YEARS OF JEWISH HISTORY (WHY ALL THE 40S ARE IN THE BIBLE: 40 JEWISH CENTURIES), AND THE END OF 2000 YEARS SINCE CHRIST'S CRUCIFIXION, BURIAL, RESURRECTION AND ASCENSION (CHRIST ROSE AT DAWN OF THE 3RD DAY TO SHOW HE WOULD RETURN AT DAWN OF THE 3RD MILLENNIUM).
I BELIEVE THAT COVID-19 IS THE "PESTILENCE." THE "PLAGUE" IS BETTER TRANSLATED "FIRE." REVELATION 11 TELLS US THAT "TWO WITNESSES" WILL BE IN JERUSALEM IN THE FIRST 3 1/2 YEARS OF THE LAST 7 YEARS BEFORE CHRIST'S SECOND COMING. THEY WILL BE KILLED BY THE JEWISH ANTICHRIST. I BELIEVE, AS DO MANY, THAT THEY WILL BE MOSES AND ELIJAH (WHO WERE ON THE MOUNT OF TRANSFIGURATION). REMEMBER THAT IT WAS ELIJAH THAT CALLED FIRE DOWN FROM HEAVEN (1 KINGS 18). HERE IS WHAT IT SAYS ABOUT THE "TWO WITNESSES":
Revelation 11:5 New American Standard Bible (NASB):
And if anyone wants to harm them, fire flows out of their mouth and devours their enemies; so if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this way.
WAKE UP, ALL! THIS IS WHERE WE ARE IN HUMAN HISTORY!
