If you spend some time with people
And If you really listen and ask questions, you will find their place of pain:
a professor who can’t concentrate because his son has been bullied and is ready to do something crazy,
a young man who recently became homeless and is ashamed to tell anyone – his manhood is at stake,
a woman failing college classes and her dreams are dying,
an father struggling to juggle family time and a new career move,
a young gal facing her first art show and is embarrassed at where she is at,
a gal with an diagnosis of cancer and the doctors say there is no cure,
You see the opening
And you can ask if they want prayer
But you can simply pray without them knowing
You can provide random prayers of kindness
You can even ask God to increase your capacity to bear burdens
You can pray without keeping the heaviness because you lift it up and let it go
You can pray in the light, love, and life of Jesus
You can plead the blood
You can think of yourself as a secret agent for God
A stealth bomber
An undercover ambassador
And at the end of the day
You can plug back in to your Charger and cleanse yourself of the trials of the day
