                                              Lady of Faith

     

               “O woman, your faith is great; it shall be done for you as you wish”

                 [Mathew 15:28 NASB]

                     Father, take our doubt, take our fear

                     Take our crumbs, refine them Lord, from trust to vision

                    Like this pleading mother, this our mission

 

                     From a heart that’s torn                  

                    That tear our seams, not to be cold

                     Jesus, bring us faith strong and so bold

 

                     Refuge for her daughter, seeking Jesus to heal

                     Unashamed, a Canaanite woman, came pleading

                     Her courage for Jesus, we’re to be seeking

 

                    Crucified with our Savior

                    From depths of doubt, Christ be our cover

                   Walk new in Him, by faith, as this caring mother

 

                   Teach us Father, as this lady of faith

                   We ask your grace, from heaven above

                   Faith so strong, from our Lord of love   AMEN
