The first man Adam, through unbelief plunged the entire human race into sin.
He was not deceived when he joined his wife, in a place he knew neither of them should have been.

He knowingly and willingly chose to disobey the Lord, knowing full well what this act would cost.
We being his descendants are just like him. To have our way, and desires we would gladly remain forever lost.

Our adversary the Devil as a roaring lion uses the same tactics now to ensnare, take captive fallen men.
Why would he change from something so effective, it worked then, and still works today to drag mankind into the depths of sin.

He generally starts like he did with Eve, calling into question what is actually taught in God’s Holy Word.
Reasoning, there is no way that God’s Word actually means what it says for that would be absurd.

Patiently he will listen to your objections, like he did Eve, as she told the serpent that if she does what he implies she would surely die.
Then he comes out right with his objections, and boldly calls God Almighy a lie.

He appeals to man today the same as he did then, through the lusts of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life.
He will use anything for his purpose, carnal desires, work, family members, friends, along with any form of envy and strife.

For every man (including you and me), is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Remember though the end of all sin is to die.
You will try to hide your sin from the Lord God just like Adam did, having now fully swallowed Satan’s lie.

As Adam blamed his sin on God, we also willing to justify will blame our sin on the Lord.
And in so doing, you will find yourself just another fulfilling of God’s precious word.

God hates and punishes sin, just like he dealt with the Serpent, the woman, the man. Each will give account for their sin.
And we willingly follow our first parents, knowing that the law is spiritual, we choose carnality being full of enmity within.

The man that wandereth from the path of understanding has no choice but to remain in the congregation of the dead.
Why would man even be tempted to wander, except for the fall, but the mediator of a better covenant died in our stead.

The Bible tells us to keep our hearts with all diligence, we must make eternal decisions, choose you this day whom you will serve.
For our Lord’s way is a strait, narrow path, a path only taken by violence to our flesh, yet full of blessings we don’t deserve.
