THE PROPHET
The whore of Babylon ... Are you still a mystery
Or are you the liaison ... Of the Beast soon to be
Covered in riches ... Of silver and gold
You will end in the ashes ... That scripture has foretold

You sit above all ... In your robes of white
As you spew your gall ... Expressing your might
As your words are considered ... By the gullible masses
The truth being configured ... Into lies that all smashes

Exuding the appearance ... Of holiness piety
Your hidden arrogance ... Will end in agony
Will you soon be ... The coming false prophet
That the foolish will see ... You surrounded in scarlet

Demanding the lost ... Bow down to an image
Unaware of the cost ... Of their souls being ravaged
The wailing and gnashing ... Of teeth in despair
Will be everlasting ... For all who go there

This place has been made ... For those who've rejected
In the balance been weighed ... The truth been neglected
But a few will be saved ... Though all are welcomed
To become God's slaves ... In His hands you are beckoned

To be a child of God ... Is a choice need be made
Choose to be awed ... By God's power today
