THE DEVIL'S POWER NEARLY THROUGH

Our GOD ALMIGHTY is absolute LOVE ... Without a doubt in that all believe
Symbolized by the appearance of a dove ... He reveals His truth and cannot deceive
He is LOVE for sure, but so much more ... He has given His word so loud and clear
In a book called the Bible in written form ... He gave us His Son to free us of fear

He is also Just which explains the reason ... He allows the devil, a little power
To do what he can, but only for a season ... He will lie and deceive 'till he comes to his hour
Our God is also justifiably jealous ... When we His creatures bow down to another
But it is in Love, He chastens us ... While pleading we reject the aggressor

In His own blood He offers to cover ... The sins and evil, that we are born with
And it's His Spirit that Lovingly hovers ... That will drown out, the evil hiss
The wages of sin is surely death ... Of that you must also believe
But Jesus Christ gave his last breath ... Only believe and you will be free

Open your eyes and look around ... You must see that something is wrong
Do you not hear the terrible sounds ... Or are you deceived and joining the throngs
Jesus Christ is coming back ... A promise He cannot break
From out of the clouds with a trumpet blast ... While below the Earth will quake

All it takes is simply believe ... That His Word is the only truth
That His blood has set you free ... And reject your pride, in needing proof
You only have so little time ... To consider that this is true
So pay heed to this little rhyme ... For the Devil's power is nearly through
