COME AND TAKE ME HOME

How long now has it been … That we have had a Leader
That hasn’t had to pretend … That he was a true believer
A one on bended knee … Seeking guidance from our God
With the knowledge that freedom is not free … And our enemy is jihad

We know the fools have been blinded … For the Lord is in control
It’s not the flesh we’ve been reminded … But the Spirit that will console
So where the chosen few … That understands what is happening
Are they shouting from their pews … Or in slumber are they napping

In patience we are waiting … While sowing seeds of warning
With silent tears our hearts are aching … As we see the evil swarming
As grateful as I am … In peace and protected
My desire to be with the Lamb … In knowing I’ve been accepted
So Maranatha Lord Jesus … Come and take me home
And in absolute pureness … I’ll join you on your throne
