"FAITH"
James is teaching me something extra here about faith-
James 1:2-4 NIV "Consider it PURE JOY, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face TRIALS of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith PRODUCES PerseVerancE. Let perseverance FINISH its work so that you may be MATURE and complete, not lacking anything."

1. .....Consider it PURE JOY. JOY in what, in MANY, DIVERS kinds of TRIALs. (Charlenges, difficulties, impossibilities......) It may sound a misunderstanding if you tell someone your problem and he/she tell you to Purely Rejoice. Can't he see that i have every reason to be sad!!?. -FAITH Faces head on, Rejoices & Rides over trials.

2. FAITH has power to Produce- show me your faith & i will show you your PRODUCT.

3. Product of FAITH- I know you would like it if James told you that Faith Moves Mountain, heals margicaly, puts meal on the table, bla bla bla. But here James went straight to the point & told me the PRODUCT of FAITH, He said, "The TESTING Produces Perseverance". Perseverance is not that good! How many would like to persevere & for how long!? Perseverance is only when you are going through unbearable situation but waiting patiently & hopefuly for its end. It is LooonG Sufferring (Suffering LoooNg) FAITH is remaining SURE, CERTAIN at this Point.
-FAITH only produces when it is tested. The better the test the better the product.

4. The Product "PERSERVERANCE" has its work to do. It doesn't need your help. It is at the Commanders service. It knows exactly what to do & for how long!. If cut short is where we have cases of pre-mature miracles, breakthrus, answers etc. You know the end of such. - PERSERVERANCE must&must finish its Work in you. God can't waste HIS resources on unprepared ground.
Only a witchdoctor will produce a corn from a cemented floor within a munite but ask him how it ends up, coz you won't eat it!! But for God's corn, a ground has to be ready reasonably, corn planted, watered, charlenged by wind, storm, sun, waited patiently then harvested. God's miracle baby can only take 9 months & 30mnts after the promise. You know what to do with the extra 30mnts!. Remember the Three Men who promised Abraham a miracle baby Isaac, they told Abraham "@ this time next year" note, that is 12good months enough for Abraham to work on his VINEYARD for 3months and Sarah to be going for clinics 9months with uncomfotable nights, laughing all along about the fun. "A grandy pregnant!!!?". That is God's miracle for you. You must wait for the due process no matter how long you have been waiting. No wonder Abraham was qualified to be THE DADDY OF FAITH and all who have faith. He earned the preveledge. Think about all the times he was tried & tested to the maximum. Was it that God didn't trust him or was it he didn't trust God? No, it was perseverance doing it's unquestionable work. Think about it. God just told you to leave your home, people, country and go where you don't know, though He knows and you obeyed and He still keeps on testing you to the unbearable point. Imagine You started with Him when you were 20yrs, now you are past menopause and He still tells you to trust Him for a husband or baby! Funny! Rom 4:19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead--since he was about a hundred years old--and that Sarah's womb was also dead.

Perseverance doing its Work! Let him finish. The earlier you can learn and stop forcing perseverance your own way, the better for you O Mr Christian. Patience is what happens between The Promise & Delivery. Show me how long you are willing to wait & i will show you how quick your miracle will have no option but to Manifest.

"But my RIGHTEOUS one shall live by FAITH: And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him."

Oh my God! Is there no other way for the righteous to live by rather than FAITH! You have set the standard, let no man lower or raise.
Live by faith all along. Persevere all. To make the matter worse, he shall be tried & tested to shrink back & displease the Lord. But he is righteous, is that not enough. He is intrested in what you can live by (FAITH) than who you are (RIGHTEOUS). How long can you remain righteous even when situation sugests otherwise? Rom 4:20 "Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,"

How to aquire Genuine FAITH.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God...."
No short cut. You have to be addicted to hearing The Word. For this to happen, you must stop Hearing other conversations including, gossips & other materials that brings no glory to God and adds nothing to your life. Give them no attention. I wish you divert the passion you have on anything and give it to God. You can't keep God waiting. He has so much to tell you and even your time here on earth may not be enough. Give Him your best time. Attend bible study & other programmes in your church. Be crazy with Him. Be consumed by the zeal for His house. Be the first always and even running from your work to church. Ask your Pastor or leader or a minister in your church what you don't understand in the bible. Makesure you know as much as possible. They will talk. Dont mind them as long as you know what you want. Time is adamantly short. It is better for you to be a small man of a Big God, than to be a Great man of a small god.

Finaly
Faith is, Imovable, Irevocable, unshakable, unthwatable, undouptable, unspeakable. It has passed the test of time. Keep Faith in God. Don't mind waiting in God.
