The Big Boss and the Ex-Director.



Once upon an eternity, there was a Big Boss, Allinall, who owns everything visible and invisible. This Big Boss had a great Vision. As part of the vision, he also had a Mission.

Before he embarked on the vision, he needed to recruit and employ those who would help plan and work out how the vision and mission would be accomplished


The all powerful Allinall had all the attributes required for the vision and he employed those who were quite like him in nature but unlike him, could not manifest all the attributes at the same time, but some of the times.

Quite benevolent, fair and responsible, but firm and decisive, the Boss empowered these aides and employees and gave them responsibilities to prepare for the great launch.

Among them was a person called Lucindah who was the most intelligent. The individual was very good looking and had
creative talents among which were praise-singing, dancing and mesmerizing. He had great and sonorous voice that perfected all the notes in music … crescendo, diminuendo, etc. He identified with the vision of the Boss and was ready to be a team player and diligent.


Lucindah, almost naturally, became the Chief of Staff to the Big Boss. He was like the first among equals, a director in the ‘cabinet of the King’. He was further empowered with all resources required for the mission and the vision, human and material and indeed spiritual.

Lucinda’s had special assistants and personal assistants who report to him and these were also adequately empowered.Apart from Lucindah and his assistants, the Boss also had two-dozen ‘wise men’ that were always offering praises, worship and honor to the Boss.

Everything was going fine as planned, with several seminars, consultations and committees with visibility and probability studies, cost-benefit analyses and reports. Lucindah was grateful to Allinall, his boss and led his praises among the 'leaders'.


Then as his presumed fame and popularity appeared to increase, pride started creeping into Lucindah and he started having thoughts about independence because of his large following. He started a quiet rebellion and stole the hearts of many of his aids because of his ‘attributes’. “Why can’t I have my own vision and be like the Big Boss?” he thought.

The Big Boss could read Lucindah’s thoughts, and he got wind of the gradual disloyalty and ‘alternative’ vision. Of course, this was the genesis of divisions and in-fighting in the team.


The Omniscience of Allinall made him to see the end from the beginning and he said in his heart, “You little serpent cannot abort or destroy the mission and vision'. And He swung into action.

Lucindah took his followers along with him.

The Boss decided that original vision will go ahead with a ‘little’ Re-Vision.

GOOD NEWS! THE VISION IS ACCOMPLISHED! “It is finished”!
