Your mind must be clear,
And ready for action;
With heart as sincere,
Without objection.

Place your confidence,
Completely in God;
Showing diligence,
With honor and laud.

When Christ comes again,
You must be prepared;
Face the Father then,
For where you have erred.

You are His children,
So you must obey;
Since time had begun,
Never go astray.

Live not as before,
For your desires;
Resist not the lure,
When starting fires.

You never can kick,
The habit is strong,
And can grab you quick,
Its pleasures prolong.

So live holy lives,
In spiritual health;
For when Christ arrives,
And show your true wealth.
