How do you feel during your stormy days when God seems to be silent?

What do you do when all you hear is an echo of your own voice when you call onto Him?

What thoughts run through your mind when you find yourself in a dark tunnel with no hope of a flicker of light far away?

What do you hold on to when you begin to drown in your problems and there seems to be no help coming your way?

Do you feel down when you find yourself in the fire alone?

Which direction do you run to when you see a great storm coming your way?

Where does your faith lie when you are totally engulfed in a sandstorm of trials and temptations?

I lift up my eyes to the hills. From whence does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth (Psalm 121:1-3).

No matter what you are going through at the moment, don’t ever forget what He says:
I will not fail you nor forsake you- Hebrews 13:5
Be strong and courageous! Don’t tremble or be terrified because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).

Be strong, all who wait with hope for the Lord, and let your heart be courageous (Psalm 31:24).

Whoever doesn’t lose his faith in me is indeed blessed (Matthew 11:6).

Have faith that you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer (Matthew 21:22).

Don’t be afraid! Just believe (Mark 5:36b).

Didn’t I tell you that if you believe, you would see God’s glory? (John 11:40).

When you are in turbulent times and the heavens refuse to answer your cry, trust God’s silence.
He could be preparing a better place-after you pass the test. If you can’t find Him in your situation, it doesn’t mean He has deserted you. He may be preparing to give you something new and may be watching to see how long you can endure to hold it.

The storms may come, but God is still in control. He is the one who calmed the stormy sea with a simple command, remember? He was actually asleep during the storm, so why should we bother ourselves with worry?

Don’t fret when you find yourself in the mud alone. God has not abandoned you. He knows you can get out of it so He wants to train you do that so you can move on to the next step.

In this life, every day is a challenge. So meet each day with the confidence that your life is going to play out exactly as God has willed it-no matter how unpleasant some may be sometimes, you know God is in control.

So when God becomes unexpectedly silent in your life, don’t think he is being mean; because He’s not. He’s waiting to surprise you-when you least expect it.

Wherever He leads you, trust that He is taking you to place specially prepared for you.
When you can’t find Him around you, it doesn’t mean He has left your side because He hasn't.

He’s just waiting inside your new territory waiting for you to open the door so He could surprise you. Trust His silence and open the door.
