One word from God is all it takes
to set a universe in motion.
His very thoughts-
transform time and space.
A wave of His majestic hand or a nod of His head,
is enough to bring down the mighty and uplift the holy.
He is all-consuming.
Nothing escapes His presence;
not our thoughts;
desires or deeds.

His words can speak life on a deathbed-
or death to one in the prime of life.
Health and affliction - poverty and wealth
are all in His hands.
Who can know the ways of the Lord, God?
Who can learn His ways?
His ways are not like ours-
his thoughts not our thoughts.
The minds of men,
the greatest minds of intellectual competence
– none know His ways; none are like Him.

Our heart’s contents are spread before Him as a map is spread before a traveler.
Our thoughts – all together throughout the world…
rest on the tip of His finger,
a speckle barely noticeable-
a piece of dust compared to His awesomeness.

He is Wonderful, Magnificent, Powerful, and Mighty,
He is God.
There is none like Him.
