                    God is at Work

                    By Robert Schaetzle

 

 

His power all around, never distant from heart

Working always, forever near, never apart

 

Where we’re at today, thru His faithful love

Listening always, from heaven above

 

For us to recognize, He's eternally present

His word in our heart, speaking in resident 

 

Burden all round, strife could be

Not with God at work, in you and in me

 

His rest assured, fret not nor flee

Faithfulness certain, keep watch and see

 

Precious love always, nothing to interfere

Never lost, never alone, determine to persevere

 

Anxious for nothing, His authority on high

His return one day, to Him we’ll fly

 

Today is passing, and tomorrow will come

Still, God is at work, thru His annointed  Son

 

                                                               AMEN
