John 17:9-11 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
My Thoughts and Comments
Is heaven going to be divided by race, color, denominations or anything else? How can we be one as Jesus and the Father are one? Do we really believe this prayer of Jesus was answered?
This is in the prayer Jesus prayed before He went back to His Father. Jesus is praying for believers. We must understand that, as believers, we are to glorify the Lord in all we do and say. To do that we must have the same Spirit in us that is in Jesus. He did only the Father's will. That should be the desire of every person who is in Christ. Notice, Jesus desires that we become one in Him; even as He and the Father are one! The only way we can be one with the Lord is by letting Him be the head in all we do. We are part of the body of Christ. There can only be one head on a body. When 10 people try to decide on anything there will be divisions. We must let the mind of Christ rule in everything. When we do then we become one in the Lord! Are we getting division, sin and differences out of our life and becoming one in the Lord? Is the Lord returning for a bride that can't get along with each other and carry them to be with Him forever? I don't believe there is going to be that kind of division in heaven. Think about it; do you know anyone who fusses all the time that you like to be around? Beloved, this doesn't mean that we are to submit to any and everything that comes along; trying not to make waves. If it's not according to the rightly divided Word of God it must go! Let's allow the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to wash us of everything that is not bringing glory to the Lord. Then will the prayer of Jesus be answered in us. Meditate on it!

This is meant for a critique. I think the content of your article is excellent. We should all heed it. My critique would be: Break it up a bit more into shorter paragraphs.
