Letting it be so.

Oh Father how could I run from your grace?
Away from a solemn and hope filled place.
Words as refreshing as the oceans soothing breeze,
Fulfilling promises to most shaky knees.

So in season are all of your blessings.
Refreshing, as summertime dew dressings.
Wonderful are all your ways Oh Holy God.
Your word full of wisdom, a cannon, a rod.

Confusion has filled my heart and day by day it haunts,
Yet you bring order; a ceasing halt to all worldly wants.
Time and time again a degrading strikes my heart, frail as a dove.
And yet I am accepted, with arms so open and full of love.

So freeing it is to talk to you my sire,
My heart lovingly warmed, as if by a fire.
May pride be far away from me,
As I run already set free.
