Today I want you to sit patiently and read through a few verses from the Bible as given below.

We take out time for so many things which may often be unimportant, yet now if you read what's given below you will surely benefit, for we all need to read this, understand this and believe it with all of our heart.

“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."

Matthew 6:25-34 (New King James Version)

The most bitter thing and which often seems unavoidable to us is to 'to stop worrying'.

Worry squeezes us, eats us up, take away the smile from our face, burdens our soul and often leads to mental tensions and physical disabilities.

So much harm is there in worrying yet we fail to 'stop worrying'.

The Lord Jesus has wonderfully explained in the verses above that He is in control and if we keep seeking the kingdom of God, He will keep adding on the blessings in our life.

A warrior is happiest when he hears the victory sound and knows that he has won the victory.

Do we believe when we sing, 'The victory is yours when the battle is the Lord's'? Yes!!! even in the beginning of the battles of our life we know the end, for if we cast all our burdens upon the Lord and let the Lord take control of the battles of our life, victory is surely ours.

"Cast your burden on the LORD,
And He shall sustain you;
He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. "

Psalm 55:22 (New King James Version)

Passing through the struggles of life is really tough, yet submitting to the Lord is really blessed and the end will surely be glorious.
