Topic: Christmas Cards (11/06/08)
Christ was born in a stable long ago, in a stable dank and cold.
Harolding His birth the angels spoke:
Redemption has come to you this night, they said
Into the night so dark, to the
Sheprerds watching their flocks,
Tending them with great care.
Miraculous birth
A was has been made that you’ll no more have to live in
Sin.

Cards are now sent between family and friends
Announcing once more that they know their
Redeemer has come.
DDevine intervention revealed to us our loving
Savior born long ago to bring light to all mankind.

This tale I have told you is not a myth, but true is every word.
The Savior did come to this earth over two thousand years ago from heaven above.
He grew up a man and died on a cross to bring salvation to you and me.
We celebrate Christmas because of His birth and that we might acknowledge His worth.

When you send out your Christmas cards this year think of the message you give. May the Light of Christ shine bright in each message sent and received.

Wonderful message...one typo that's easy to fix, the D in CARD was followed with another D for Divine...good job.

This was a creative spin to the topic. Next time you could elaborate a little more. Try to use more of your word count. Good job.

Very creative; and I loved the message through out - especially the way you summed it up in your closing paragraph.

There were a couple of typos that I found distracting--'harolding' should be 'heralding' and 'sheprerds' should be 'shepherds'--but the message is beautiful. I also wasn't quite sure if there was a cadence or not.
