to maintain our bodies as temples
for the Lord. We should eat a
proper diet, obtain the right amount
of rest, and exercise. More
importantly, we should maintain a
spiritual diet.
Our lives should be totally
dedicated to our Lord Jesus Christ
because He died for us. We should
keep Christ as the center of our
daily lives through reading His Word,
prayer, and listening to the leading
of the Holy Spirit.
We should have complete integrity
in our Christian lives. Our integrity
should not just be with our Christian
brothers and sisters but with the
unsaved around us. Our lives should
reflect what our words express.
Christians should have an
eagerness to share the Gospel with
others. We are called to witness both
in words and in action.
Finally, trust must be part of our
Christian diet. We have trusted Christ
for our salvation. We must trust Him
daily in our lives and for our final
destination of heaven.
Together, devotion, integrity,
eagerness and trust will keep our mind,
body, heart and soul working in
complete unison with Christ. This is
a diet that works.
