This is a winner in my books too! Great job.
Very well done...where are those tissues? Perfectly orchestrated. I too can relate from a daughters perspective living 1200 miles away from Mom. It's hard, but because we are connected it's okay. Good job. keep writing!
Fantastic! Reading this piece is like taking a bath in His love. Your style shines from beginning to end. You're right; the miles cannot separate your hearts. It only gets better.

Wow! Just rub my nose in the combination of sadness and joy I'm going through right now facing the final year of high school for both of my girls! Sniff, sniff! Thanks for the perspective.

What a wonderful keepsake! I liked the little prayer at the end of each paragraph, summing up another chapter in the ever-changing story of life. I love it when a writer can move a reader (me, too) to tears. It's so poetic! If this isn't a winner, I'll be very surprised. Thank you!

The mood and the caring shines through. Speaking as a guy, it's a shame we(sons and fathers) can't be as well connected. I did enjoy this.
