Whenever I think about God’s unconditional, everlasting love for me, a chill runs down my spine.
The fact that He has numbered the very hairs on my head and knows my thoughts, needs, and desires before I even express them, causes me to shiver.
God, in his infinite grace and mercy, sent his son to earth to die for every sin that had been or would ever be committed by us. That he would sacrifice his only son that we might live, chills me from head to toe.
What is it that sends the greatest chill through my body? Knowing that one day I will meet Him face to face, in all of his glory and will reign with Him in the celestial city of heaven for all of eternity.

God's love for the world (mankind) was also unconditional. God accepted the death of his son as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind whether anyone ever believed in Jesus or not.
Since the cross though, God placed the condition of belief in Jesus as LORD and Christ and obedience to him (Acts 2:36 - 38)
The promise of God's love depends on what we do with his word.
Thank you for reminding us that God's creation is an example of God's love. (We unconditionally receive his creation.)
