Luxuriate in a warm bath after work. Treat yourself to some Bodyworks Aromatic Candles and Apricot Bath Lotion (click here to order) and relax!
Step 2: Pamper yourself!
If you want the world to treat you like a princess, you have to treat yourself like one! So make the time to give yourself a soothing day of splendor at any one of a number of nearby establishments. You're worth it!
Treat yourself to manicure at Just Nails (click here for special coupon), or get a facial at Yvonnes (click here), or maybe a new hairstyle at Great Clips (click here for current specials).
Stop talking about who you want to be, and become the person you're meant to be!
Step 3: Buy some new clothes!
If you look new, you'll feel new! Get rid of those blouses you ordered on clearance from Kohls.com and find something in keeping with your renewed, better, sense of self! Nothing changes your perception of yourself more quickly than changing your outward appearance!
A black wool jacket from Northface might be just the ticket (click here), or maybe a sleek, silk evening dress from Nordstrom (click here), or possibly some new pumps from Justrightshoes.com (click here) will give you that brand new look every girl craves!
Step 4: Start eating right!
The new you begins with a new lifestyle! So say goodbye to all those drab dinners from Lee's Chinese Takeout you've been ordering online and start your new lifestyle right with healthy and nutritious foods, like fresh fruits and yummy vegetables! How about a seven layer bean and goat cheese lasagna made with scrumptious broccoli and yellow peppers? (Click here for recipe.) Or maybe a mango/strawberry smoothie with cinnamon sprinkles? (Click here).
Step 5: Go back to the gym!
If you want a new sense of self, it makes sense to start with a new body! So click here to renew your expired membership at Gold's gym, and while you're there, be sure to sign up for a personalized workout from your own instructor! (Click here for specials.)
The better you will start with a whole new look, so let's get started!
Step 6: Stop dating married men!
Diane, maybe it's time to admit to yourself that John Hanson at 231 Peach Street is never going to leave his wife, Janis! He recently ordered a new gold bracelet engraved with her initials from goldjewelers.com, and booked a flight on Travelocity to the Bahamas for the two of them to celebrate their twelfth wedding anniversary on September 17!
Studies have shown that there is very little chance of a relationship like yours having any long term success! Statistically, the odds of the two or you ever marrying are less than 17%, and the odds of remaining married for more than five years drops to less than 4%!
The whole new you means a new dating pattern!
So rather than joining him tonight at 7:30 at your OpenTable reservations for two at The Italiano, might we suggest a nice evening of quiet reading instead? The book, Why Cheaters Never Quit by Willa Jennings would be an excellent choice and can be ordered directly by clicking on the title. Another good option might be, The Truth and Why It's So Hard to Accept by Tom Johnson. Or maybe, A Life Not Wasted, a self-help book by Julian Hazel. Finally, other woman in your situation have enjoyed, Relationships for Dummies, an introduction to how men and woman relate and some of the pitfalls to watch out for.
Step 7: Get a good counselor!
Studies have shown that women who date married men often have issues of low self-esteem, so a few sessions with a good therapist might do wonders! According to Yelp, there are a number of good counselors within a fifty mile radius of your current location (click here to change parameters). Straightarrow writes in her review of Dr. Livingston that "he provided much needed direction in helping me to face my problems," and "he gave me a renewed sense of my own value and confidence," though she did indicate that the wait to see him was occasionally over twenty minutes.
A better you means a new outlook on life!
So Diane, let's take control of your life! And together, we'll help you to discover the whole, new, better you!
